She volunteers alongside her family through the Greek Orthodox Church community, including a camp for children and teens and a special-needs camp program. Daphne also fosters dogs through Brown Dog Coalition, a local rescue organization—95 puppies (and counting) have found their forever homes through the Barbas household since 2021.
Daphne donates a portion of every sale to Operation Housewarming, a ministry established in 2012 that provides essential household goods for homeless veterans transitioning into housing.
In her spare time, Daphne enjoys gardening, hiking, home renovation projects, and spending time with family—both near and abroad.
